Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, or simply Red Robin, is an American chain of casual dining restaurants founded in September 1969 in Seattle, Washington. Now headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Red Robin operates over 480 restaurants across the US and Canada.
Red Robin had a Managed Print Server provider in place. They were concerned about the overall serviceability of their fleet, visibility, and lack of communication. It was important for their new provider to take over the management of their printers so that little to no supervision was required from Red Robin management. Additionally, they were looking to align themselves with a partner that matched their Core Values.
CRM worked with the FlexPrint Service Team to orchestrate meetings that would address all areas of concern and formulate a plan to exceed their expectations. We were successful with the approach, as we capitalized on their needs alone and did not sell on our own agenda.
By implementing a single source / national coverage model, all of their locations were supported seamlessly and efficiently. FlexPrint provided a national solution that decreased service turnaround, provided visibility (reporting), increased transparency, and improved the effectiveness of communication. On top of everything else, we were able to demonstrate that our core values aligned with theirs.
