SITUATION

Fox Rothschild LLP is a national law firm with more than 600 attorneys practicing in 20 offices. Their lawyers provide a full range of legal services to public and private business entities, charitable, medical and educational institutions, and individuals. Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA the firm has 20 offices across the US with almost 800 printers.

PROBLEM

Fox had a managed print provider that provided a 4 hour service response time for their Philadelphia office. Every other office had a 48 hour service response time. This was causing complaints amongst the outer offices and generated many calls to their helpdesk.

SOLUTION

We were able to service all of their offices with the exact same service level. Additionally, we provided their helpdesk with a drop-down option so that their tickets became automated and were sent directly to FlexPrint. Workloads were dramatically reduced and a daily call summary report for each office was generated.

FlexPrint successfully implemented our single source/national coverage model with most of their offices falling under our W2 service area. We were able to provide a single SLA and one point of contact for all their satellite offices outside of Philadelphia.

OUTCOME

We saved Fox $30,000 a year and showed additional ongoing cost savings by procuring equipment through FlexPrint by optimizing each individual office. Also, by having all calls filter through FlexPrint, Fox was able to remove 1 individual from their helpdesk team and reallocate him to another position that was open in IT instead of having to hire on another employee.
