Sheraton Crescent Hotel's existing multifunction devices were in need of constant maintenance, and it would often take too long for a technician to show up to fix them. They were also being charged over $500 a month in overages.

Solution

FlexPrint carried out an assessment addressing printing device utilization and cost containment.

• Replace over utilized and costly devices with three HP CM8050 Color MFP's with Edgeline Technology for high volume printing.
• Install over a dozen HP Laserjet 4345 MFP's for secondary printing requirements.
• Add new equipment to existing service agreement providing a 4 hour response time for service.

Results
