Allen Matkins employs 240 attorneys located in seven offices throughout California with a 110 device printer fleet. Allen Matkins didn't have a sytem in place for monitoring costs and performance of their printer fleet and they also had to rely on multiple vendors for service and supplies which led to inconsistent service across the offices. The firm was unable to predict how much money it spent each onth on printing costs or how efficiently its new printer fleet was performing.

Solution

Flexprint Approached Allen Matkins and proposed a comprehensive managed print program that would identify and track all printing costs and reduce current expenditures. Flexprint also promised to deliver consistent service to all of the firm's locations. The plan also includes provisions for routine maintenance checks which has reduced the number of service calls the firms makes and has also lessened the amount of time IT personnel have had to spend on printer related issues.
